VirtuAssist Terms & Conditions 1) Contract Term & Pricing Guarantee • Pricing guaranteed for one (1) year from the Effective Date on the Order Form. • Services can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. • If services continue beyond the first year, a 5% annual price increase applies. 2) Payment Terms • Payments are due monthly on the same date as the Effective Date. • First payment is required before service begins. • If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, services may be paused until resolved. • Payments are non-refundable and made via automatic monthly billing. 3) Virtual Assistant Work Schedule • Work schedules are set at the initial meeting based on client needs and VA availability. • Time tracking and attendance expectations will be communicated during onboarding. 4) Confidentiality & Compliance • We maintain confidentiality of client data and, where applicable, execute BAAs for PHI handling. • Client agrees to provide necessary system access and tool permissions. By submitting your order you agree to automatic billing; cancellation requires 30 days’ notice; and you confirm you have authority to sign.
